The Haircrafters Company

The Haircrafters Company (THC) introduced BBLUNT to the UAE, in 2012 through its maiden Salon in the prestious DIFC. THC has added a global twist to India’s premiere hair brand and it is today the choice for both men and women. Set in the heart of Downtown Dubai, against the stunning backdrop of Burj Khalifa, we are proud to be the preferred Hair Destination in the UAE, of avant-garde youngsters, style-savvy professionals and style events. Our team has always been on the forefront in terms of styling the crème-de-la-crème and have created the looks for several movie premier’s and leading events and shows in the UAE.

Team

Ruchika Singhal – Managing Director
Ruchika is a strategic thinker and proven leader with a natural instinct for beauty. She is a disciplined and detail-oriented perfectionist, who has combined business acumen with her refined sense of aesthetics to bring alive The Hair Crafters Company (THC), which successfully launched in September 2013 the first international BBLUNT salon.
Ruchika in keeping with her personality, has set high standards for THC, to bring together brands and services to celebrate and enhance the beauty of hair with taste, discretion and respect.

Michelle Coelho – Sr. Salon Director
Michelle started out her journey at the BBLUNT academy as a student, where she trained under India's best hairdressing experts. Upon completion of her training at the academy, Michelle moved on to become a stylist at BBLUNT and within 8 years she rose to the role of Style Director at BBLUNT. With a passion to share her expertise and educate others, Michelle naturally evolved into being BBLUNT's National Educational Manager. Her mission is to motivate and inspire young talent and to instill in them the importance of education as well as stimulate their passion and creativity. Being affiliated with BBLUNT has helped her grow as a hairdresser and the academy's continuous focus on education has enhanced her passion and skill for her profession. Michelle has risen up the ranks in her vocation with the simple philosophy of being honest to all clients and keeping quality hairdressing as the prime focus. According to Michelle, this mantra has given her a lot of discipline, both in her professional as well as an individual spheres. 'For me, there is always something to learn each day, and as a teacher too, you learn a lot from your students' she says.

Beauty Therapist
A full time position is available for immediate start. We are looking for a mature, experienced and fully trained beauty therapist who is passionate about the industry with extensive salon experience.

Experienced and Confident with Facials (Dermalogica preferred)/Threading/Lash Treatments/Extensions, Waxing and Massages. Knowledge of all Hands and Feet treatments and/or Gel nails, Acrylic nails, Nail Extensions is an added advantage.

• Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Outgoing personality with an ability to engage and retain clients.
• Presentable and high standards of hygiene.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Leadership and Managerial skills are an advantage.

Nail Therapist
A full time position is available for immediate start. We are looking for a mature, experienced and fully trained nail therapist who is passionate about the industry with extensive salon experience.

We recognise that achieving styling solutions for corporate events and media launches requires us to work in close collaboration with advertising/modelling agencies of all sizes. We have worked with several leading publications and events regionally, to create looks for people from around the world. We are passionate about embracing new trends that tap into our expertise, to create out-of-the-box solutions tailored to suit our partners.

Together with The Bride show 2014 - we created stunning looks to showcase global bridal looks. We worked with the Miss India UAE organisers to help search for and showcase talent in the UAE.
